The vineyard is located in Rác-hegy hillside – one of the best crus of Eger Wine Region. Harvested in October after some skin contact this wine results a unique linden honey character on the nose, rich aromas on the palate which is best served at 16-18 °C. It makes an impressive solo wine but an ideal match with desserts as well.

Our Kutyahegyi wine cellar – first carved in the 15th century and customised last in 1842 homes the barique casks in which this special wine is aged. Its full and rounded base character is ensured by Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), the fruitiness comes from Cabernet Franc (45%) and spices are guaranteed by Pinot Noir (10%). A full bodied, velvety wine with coffee and dried fruit notes and definite yet moderate acidity. A worthy representative of our wineyard and the wine region, too.

A velvety blend of Blaufrankisch, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blauburger and Turán – a native variety – resulting a full bodied cuvée to be matured in new oak for 12 months. Best served at 16-18 °C
